Crab Cioppino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cans tomato sauce
    6 cans water
    6 celery stalks, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 c. Sauterne wine
    olive oil
    4 crabs (live), cracked
    18 clams
    1 1/2 lb. prawns
    1 1/2 lb. halibut
Preparation
    Simmer sauce approximately 4 hours to a medium-thick consistency.
    Put olive oil in large pot.
    Limp celery and garlic. Add tomato sauce, water and wine.
    Simmer (no cover).
    Place fish in large pot with lid.
    Forty-five minutes before you want to serve, pour sauce over fish, cover and steam 30 to 40 minutes. Halibut will break up when done.
    Serves 8.
