Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. raw shrimp
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 to 6 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Peel and clean shrimp. Chop up shells and saute in butter over low heat, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Do not bring to boil.
    Drain off butter.
    Squeeze shells in cheese cloth to remove remaining butter.
