Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 sliced carrots
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small minced onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. sharp American cheese
    3 c. fresh buttered bread cubes
Preparation
    Cook carrots and drain.
    In butter, cook onion 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and mustard, then milk.
    Cook, stirring until thick and smooth.
    Add pepper and celery salt.
    In casserole, arrange layer of carrots and cheese; repeat, ending with carrots. Pour sauce over carrots.
    Top with bread cubes.
    Cook for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
