Sweet And Sour Chicken(China) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. chicken thighs (about 5)
    1 large egg, separated
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. plus 1/2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of black pepper
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 large green bell peppers
    1 small clove garlic
    1/2 c. chicken stock or broth
    3 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. rice wine
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 1/2 c. canned, drained pineapple chunks
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Bone chicken thighs.
    Cut chicken into 3/4-inch pieces. Mix egg
    yolk, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon each of sugar and salt and the black pepper in a medium bowl.
    Stir in chicken. Sprinkle
    with

    tablespoon of cornstarch; stir to mix well. Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes.
