Tuna Summer Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. shredded carrot
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
8 slices whole wheat nut bread
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, carrot, pineapple, walnuts and ginger. Spread 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture on each of 4 bread slices. Top with 2 tablespoons tuna and sprouts. Top with remaining slices.
Serves 4.
