Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cook raisins in water for 10 minutes or until water has cooked down.
    Cool raisins.
    Mix butter and brown sugar; add yolks and raisins.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
