Yum-Yum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box vanilla instant pudding
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) bag coconut
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Follow directions for cake mix in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake and cool.
    Mix pudding according to directions.
    Add cream cheese; beat until smooth.
    Spread onto cooled cake.
    Spoon drained pineapple on top.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle coconut on top of Cool Whip.
    May garnish with cherries and nuts, if desired.
