Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium squash
    1 qt. water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Peel and cut squash. Remove seeds and cut in 1-inch cubes. Cook in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
    Place in buttered baking dish. Top with butter and brown sugar. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven
    about 20 minutes or until brown.
