Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, strained
1 c. plain yogurt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn meal mix
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. grated cheese (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except cheese).
Pour into oiled casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
