Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. oats (uncooked)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nuts
    1 stick butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    small can coconut
    1 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats.
    Cover and let stand 20 minutes. Cream butter and sugar; beat until fluffy.
    Blend in vanilla and eggs. Add oats and spices.
    Mix well.
    Pour
    into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Do not remove from pan.
