Onion Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. finely shredded zucchini
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour, onion, 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    In a small bowl, mix buttermilk, oil, eggs and zucchini.
    Stir into flour mixture just until blended.
    Spoon into greased 9-inch round baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
