Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apple juice
    2 peaches, peeled and seeded
    1 to 2 frozen bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. blueberries
    2 dates, seedless
    2 apples, peeled and cored
    1 to 2 frozen bananas, sliced
    1 c. apple juice
    1 apple, peeled and cored
    3 dates (seedless)
    1 to 2 frozen bananas, sliced
Preparation
    For Banana-Peach: Combine in blender and blend first 3 ingredients until smooth.
