Smoked Salmon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
5 oz. smoked salmon
2 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 c. chopped fresh chives or parsley, divided
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and arrange a rack on the middle shelf of oven.
Spray a 9-inch spring-form pan with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
Place the bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese in the spring-form pan and toss to mix.
Add melted butter and mix to blend.
Chop the smoked salmon fine in a food processor fitted with the metal blade, or by hand.
Set aside.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of pan.
Set aside.
