Broccoli Quiche(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. fat-free egg substitute
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
    3 scallions
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the milk and eggs.
    Stir in the broccoli, peppers, Monterey Jack, scallions and dill.
    Coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
    Add the broccoli mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the quiche is lightly puffed and golden on top.
