Ginger Whipped Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chilled whipping cream
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dark rum
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Using electric mixer, beat first 3 ingredients in large bowl to soft peaks.
    Add rum and ginger; beat until almost stiff.
    (Can be prepared 5 hours ahead.)
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
