Carrot Pineapple Date Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pitted dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and cream well.
    Add flour and cinnamon;
    mix
    well.
    Add
    carrots,
    pineapple, dates and pecans. Pour
    into greased 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
