Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium avocado
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 large Roma tomato, sliced into chunks
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Peel and pit avocados, reserving one pit.
Mash avocados and add onions and tomatoes.
Add remaining ingredients and stir. Place reserved avocado pit in center of mixture and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to blend spices.
Use plastic wrap to cover instead of foil.
Foil will brown the mixture.
Discard the pit and serve immediately.
