Grandma'S Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cold lard
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda together.
    Cut in lard and stir in buttermilk to make a soft dough.
    Work lightly on a floured board.
    Roll out to about 1/2-inch thickness and cut out with a biscuit cutter.
    Place biscuits on a greased baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes or until brown.
