Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
    1 stick margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or American)
    3/4 box plain Ritz Bits crackers
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together; add drained pineapple and cheese mixture.
    Mix well.
    Grease a baking dish and add mixture; top with crackers.
    Melt margarine and pour over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
