Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unpopped corn, popped
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place corn in large paper bag. Combine remaining ingredients in qt. glass bowl and bring to a boil in microwave on high power. Boil 2 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp. soda and stir. Pour over corn close bag and shake. Cook on high power for 90 seconds and shake. Repeat above step and shake. Cook 30 seconds and shake. Repeat for 30 seconds and shake. Cool on cookie sheet.
