Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated American cheese (4 oz.)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Cook onion
    in\tbutter\tin 3-quart saucepan until soft. Blend in\tflour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until
    mixture
    comes
    to a boil and thickens.
    Add cheese and\tstir
    until melted.
    Remove from heat.\tIn another saucepan,
    dissolve
    bouillon
    cubes
    in
    boiling
    water.
    Add frozen broccoli,
    cover
    and
    cook until tender, do not drain. Add to cheese mixture.\tHeat to serving temperature.
