Mayonnaise Mahimahi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. mahimahi
    1 large, round onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the mahimahi.
    Mix mayonnaise, round onion and parsley flakes.
    Slather on top of the fish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until fish begins to flake.
    Garnish with cilantro.
    Can also be used with salmon.
