Healthy Blue Cheese Dip(Low Fat Dip Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese
    2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
    1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
    1/4 cup skim milk
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine and blend above ingredients.
    Chill until ready to serve.
