Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ham sausage
1 can crescent rolls
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
dash of hot sauce
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain well.
Spread crescent rolls in bottom of casserole dish.
Add sausage and cheese.
Whip eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
