Lean And Light Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. reconstituted instant nonfat dry milk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk and melted margarine. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients with a beater until all ingredients are moistened (batter may be lumpy).
    Pour onto a lightly oiled griddle, using 1/4 cup for each pancake.
    Cook until pancakes are puffed and bubbly. Turn and cook until nicely browned on both sides.
    One pancake contains 90 calories.
