Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked long-grain rice
4 (5 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves, chopped
1 c. water
1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (1.25 oz.) dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Coat 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place rice in bottom of dish and top with chicken.
Combine water, mushroom soup and onion soup mix, stirring to blend.
Pour over chicken.
Cover casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken and rice are done.
