Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked zucchini
1 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top dressing (chicken)
1 stick butter
Preparation

Parboil zucchini, onion and carrot for 5 minutes.
Drain; mix soup, sour cream, onion and melted butter.
Add all to package from dressing.
Put in casserole.
Can add chunks of chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
