Joyce'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. Open Pit barbecue sauce (hickory smoked)
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. red pepper sauce (Tabasco sauce)
    1/4 c. prepared mustard (hot or mild)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. white or black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.
    Heat to boil.
    Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature until cool.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
    Use over ribs, pork chops or chicken.
    Makes 7 cups.
