Watercress Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. torn fresh watercress
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced canned hearts of palm
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. commercial creamy garlic salad dressing
Preparation
-
Combine first 6 ingredients in a salad bowl.
Add enough water to salad dressing to make 1/3 cup, mixing well.
Pour over salad and toss.
