Orange-Ginger Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium carrots, sliced
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Cook carrots and drain.
Cook rest of ingredients together until thickened.
Pour over carrots.
Stir and serve.
