Puffy Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/3 c. flour
 
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
- 
                            Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
 
Blend milk and egg.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir in corn and drop from a tablespoon into deep, hot oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
