Viva La Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, boiled
    12 corn tortillas
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 (7 oz.) can green chile salsa
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bone and cut up chicken.
    Cut tortillas into 1-inch strips. Mix soups, milk, chilies and onion.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole pan.
    Add 2 to 3 tablespoons water or chicken broth to bottom of casserole.
    Place 1/2 tortillas in pan, 1/2 chicken and 1/3 sauce. Repeat, ending with the remaining 2/3 sauce.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours uncovered until brown and bubbly.
    Serves 8.
    Great dish to double and freeze one for later!
