Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

6 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
3 c. hot water
1 can chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
Preparation

Brown pork chops on all sides.
In shallow dish, mix rice, water, salt, pepper, onion and undiluted soup. Arrange chops in dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
