1 onion, chopped
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, picked free of any broken shells
1 can (4 oz.) medium shrimp
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. buttered cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
