Mixed Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can lima beans
    1 large can green beans
    1 large can yellow wax beans
    1 large can red kidney beans
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 large can peas and carrots
    1 large purple onion, sliced thin (white onion may be used; purple one only adds color)
    1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed
    1 or 2 stalks celery, diced
Preparation
    Drain liquid off vegetables and save for soups, etc.
    Marinate Vinegar and Oil Solution and pour over vegetable mixture.
    Allow to stand overnight in refrigerator until flavors are absorbed.
