Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add onion, celery and green pepper.
    Mix other ingredients together in small bowl; add to ground beef mixture.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve on hard roll buns or hamburger buns.
    Yields 12 servings.
