Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. bread cubes
    2 heads romaine
    1 head Boston lettuce
    3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 (2 oz.) can anchovy fillets, drained and minced
Preparation
    Make garlic butter according to your favorite recipe and instead of slicing the French bread into slices, cut the long way down the middle.
    Set on foil and spread with garlic butter.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Slice to serve.
