Scottish Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs (per lb. of sausage meat)
flour
bread crumbs
cooking oil
egg yolk, beaten
Preparation
-
Wrap sausage meat around hard-boiled eggs.
Roll in flour, then egg yolk and bread crumbs.
Cook in frying pan in about 1-inch cooking oil.
You can also use a deep fryer.
