Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook peppers in
enough boiling water to cover for 5 minutes. Cut off tops and clean inside.
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Stir in salts, rice and 1 cup of tomato sauce.
Heat through. Stuff each pepper with hamburger mixture.
Stand upright in ungreased baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over peppers.
Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover; sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
