Mexican Wedding Cake(Do Not Use Mixer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Stir together in mixing bowl the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
    Add pineapple, eggs, vanilla and 1 cup chopped pecans.
    Pour into 15 x 11 greased and floured sheet cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool slightly and frost.
