Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 graham crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Preparation

Place all ingredients in large bowl in order given, stirring well with large spoon.
Do not beat.
Pour into greased and floured 8 x 10-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm or cold, plain or topped with whipped cream or orange butter frosting.
Cake will keep for long time and may be frozen.
Yield:
8 to 10 servings.
