Jalapeno Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. seeded and finely chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 c. seeded and chopped fresh jalapeno peppers
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 bottle Certo liquid
    8 drops of green food coloring
Preparation
    Blend peppers and 1/2 cup vinegar in blender. Place in large saucepan. Add sugar and remainder of vinegar. Bring to boil. When you can't stir down the boil, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Skim, then add Certo and food coloring. Stir until liquid starts to thicken. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal.
