Banana Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 stick magarine
5 eggs
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
Add dry ingredients alternately with bananas and milk.
Add vanilla.
Pour into tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
