No Cook Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. plain salt
1 1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
3 onions, sliced thin
Cucumbers (gal.) sliced thin
Preparation

Slice cucumbers and onions into large jar.
Mix all the other ingredients together to make a syrup.
Do not boil.
Pour over onions and cucumbers.
Refrigerate for 5 days before tasting. Will keep in refrigerator for 9 months.
