Watermelon Rind - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. prepared watermelon rind
    10 lb. sugar
    1 qt. white vinegar
    3/4 tsp. (40 drops) oil of cloves
    3/4 tsp. (40 drops) oil of cinnamon
Preparation
    Cover watermelon rind with cold water and set in refrigerator overnight.
    Drain and rinse.
    Put in boiling water and cook until clear (about 10 minutes); drain.
