Easy Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal (preferably white, water ground)
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil the corn meal and water together until thick. Add the butter and sugar and mix well. Beat the eggs and add to the milk. Stir into corn meal mix.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes in pan of water. Serve hot.
    Serves 6.
