Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 qt. half and half
    2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
    4 1/2 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 oz. Sauterne
    1 oz. bacon, diced fine
    1 oz. onion, diced fine
    1/8 oz. freeze dried chives
    2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute bacon with onion and ham until onion is transparent. Mix with all other ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
