Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1 small can green chilies
6 tortillas (corn)
1 lb. Cheddar cheese (or Velveeta)
Preparation
-
Brown meat; add onions; add all soups, sauce, chilies.
Arrange casserole:
tortillas, mixture, cheese (3 layers).
Top with cheese.
