Zucchini Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini squash
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cooling oil
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat together zucchini, sugar and egg; add oil and mix well.
    Stir together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.
    Stir into zucchini mixture.
    Fold in walnuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done, 60 to 65 minutes. Remove from pan and cool thoroughly on rack.
    Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
    Makes 1 loaf.
