Potluck Special(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans creamed corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 box corn muffin mix
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. minced onion
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
1 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Place in casserole dish.
Bake 40 minutes in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
